All our cakes may contain traces of nuts, wheat, eggs and milk. Please email us if you are unsure.

Quality

We pride ourselves in the quality of our cakes and we hope you enjoy them. If for any reason you are dissatisfied please send the cake back ( or what is left of it), and we will reimburse you the full amount.

Damage

You should inspect the cakes when you receive them for any damage. If any of the cakes are damaged, please send them back within 48 hours of receiving them, and you will receive a full refund or replacement cakes at no extra cost to you.

Delivery Information

Apart from the fruit cakes we cook most of the cakes to order, so please allow atleast 5 working days for the cakes to be sent out. If you require them earlier please call us. All postage costs are a flat fee of £5.00. It is important to provide us with the correct post code and telephone number. If you are out of the house when Fedex try to deliver, they will usually leave a card letting you know that they have tried to make a delivery and to call them to discuss redelivery.
